The first time you call you will need to change the four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) that has currently been assigned to your accounts. The PIN currently assigned to your accounts is the last four digits of the Social Security number of the person whose name appears first on the account. If you have more than one account, you will have to select a new PIN for each account. You can make the PIN the same for all accounts.
